The definition of web development depends on both the developer and the audience.  A site that allows an eighth grader to publish a blog is much simpler than a secure e-Commerce site whose content is located in several data centers around the world. My experience as a software developer enables the creation of tools that help others join the Internet community.

• The Cloud contains information about how to maintain the Internet that these individuals are joining.​
